Beach & Pond Info
The Plymouth Recreation Department is responsible for operating five waterfront areas including two ocean beaches and three ponds. Plymouth Beach & Morton Park are open, and staffed with lifeguards, weekends starting Memorial Day weekend.
Beach stickers will be checked starting Memorial Day Weekend.
All five beaches open daily starting Saturday, June 25th.
The Recreation Department does not supervise Plymouth Long beach or the Cross Over. For more information on those areas please contact the Environmental Management Dept. at 508-747-1620 x201
Nelson Park- Splash pad: Please contact the Parks Department for splash pad hours. 508-830-4162 x 116
If you are an out of town / out of state resident but own property in Plymouth you qualify for a beach sticker. (Not a 4x4 sticker). You must provide proof that you own property in Plymouth to be issued a sticker.
Brewster Gardens- Please contact the Parks Department for wedding or photo inquires.

Morton Park- Updated Rules 2016:
There is a 100 vehicle limit in the park.
Any vehicle without a beach sticker must park at the main beach
Only propane grills are allowed, NO charcoal grilling. The closest park that allows charcoal grilling is Myles Standish State Forrest. (194 Cranberry Rd, South Carver, MA 02366). You can also access the East entrance of the Park off of Long Pond Road and Alden Road in Plymouth
The park closes at 5pm and everyone must leave the park. There will be law enforcement on site to enforce closing time.
Parking Fees: ALL vehicles without a resident beach parking sticker must pay the following parking fees:
Plymouth Beach/Fresh Pond/Hedges Pond: $15 every day
Morton Park: $15 weekdays; $25 weekends & holidays
Resident Beach Parking Stickers and 4X4 Stickers can be purchased at the Collector’s Office in Town Hall
Resident Beach Parking Sticker: $35 ($10 senior/handicap)
4X4 Sticker: $50 ($25 senior/handicap)
