Enjoy creative self expression with your toddler.  A variety of projects will encourage toddlers to create art while exploring paint, glue and more.  There will be a focus on fun while developing hand-eye coordination and small motor skills.  Each week will feature a story followed by crafts relating to the book.
 
2:00 PM - 2:30 PM    Sports Stars - Sports Stars / Session 3
Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program)
 
4:30 PM - 5:15 PM    Preschool Cooking Class - Preschool Cooking / Session 3
Children will enjoy the assembling and measuring tasks that require their deepest concentration.  They like projects that have a beginning (preparation), a middle (messy fun), and an end (happy treats around the table). There are no stoves involved so this class is safe for everyone! Every week will be a different project! Please note ingredients used are pre-made so we cannot control the contents. Fee includes all supplies.**If your child has a food allergy, please call for more details.

With a non-stop, motivating play list, we move through a high intensity but low impact workout combining elements of hip hop dance with barre and strength exercises to keep your heart rate up, booty shaking, muscles quaking, and a smile on your face! Utilizing light dumbbells, a small Pilates ball, and a chair as your barre (all provided at Memorial Hall). Please bring your own yoga mat and water. This workout is best without shoes. The idea is to stay active and have fun. Packs are only good for their assigned sessions. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child*

Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
 
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Youth Wrestling - Grades 4th-8th Wrestling
Plymouth South High School has one of the top wrestling programs in the State of Massachusetts. They have won sixteen league titles and five Division-1 South Sectional Titles. Wrestling is a great sport for exercise and self discipline and we need dedicated participants to join our youth program so that we can continue our success. Our goal is not only to teach the kids how to wrestle, but also to motivate them and give them confidence.  We look forward to seeing you on the mat!Grades K-3rd Information:Our youth wrestling season will run from December 6th until January 17th on Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. On Thursday January 17th, we will be holding a take down tournament in the gym. We will not practice during school vacation week. Any students who are in K through 3rd grade are invited to join our wrestling clinics. The goal of our youth wrestling clinics is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Each wrestler will be grouped into weight classes according to age. Our youth clinics are run with low impact so that the young athletes are comfortable. We will practice in the wrestling room at the new half time facility next to the game field. Every wrestler will receive a free Plymouth South Youth Wrestling tee shirt.Grades 4th-8th Information:Our Plymouth South Middle School Wrestling Club 2018-2019 season will run from December 10th until the middle of February. We will be practicing on Monday’s (7:00-8:00) and Thursday’s (7:00-8:00) in the Halftime facility at Plymouth South High School. If school is closed due to weather, school vacation, or a holiday, there will be no practice that day. This program will be offered only to wrestlers in the 4th-8th grade. The goal of our youth program is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling and to expose young wrestlers to the health and fitness aspects associated with the sport. THE PLYMOUTH SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TEAM IS THE TOP RANKED WRESTLING TEAM IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.  Just about every wrestler on that team participated in this youth program.We ask for committed wrestlers who will actively participate in various league and dual meets and tournaments to be held from early January through the end of February.  The wrestlers competing in dual meets/tournaments will be provided with a wrestling singlet and headgear and may be charged a small fee to enter those competitions.

Pick-up basketball at the Manomet Youth Center.  Come on down for a night of hoops with friends in a relaxed setting.  Space is limited to 18 people per night so pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot!  This ensures everyone gets plenty of time to play. Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats.  We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per child5 session pack $20PLEASE NOTE THAT 5 PACK'S DO NOT CARRY OVER FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT.  WE RUN THIS PROGRAM ON A SCHOOL CALENDAR YEAR.no drop/program on 11/23, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 2/22, 4/19Program Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

Has your child already gone through biddy basketball but is not quite ready for competitive basketball play?  In this program children will spend time practicing, playing scrimmages with coaches, and eventually instructional games.  Games will be played by instruction, with no score kept. Whistles will be blown during games when fouls or violations are committed, followed by instruction on how to prevent those whistles.

The Manomet Youth Center will be hosting one Saturday night "Party" a month! They are open to all Plymouth Youth Residents and membership is NOT required. In addition to the specialized activities at each of the parties, kids will also have the opportunity to hang out in the common room, play sports in the gym, and challenge each other to matches of ping-pong, pool and air hockey!VIDEO GAME NIGHTThe evening will include video game tournaments all night. Mario Kart, Smash Brothers & just Dance will be played all night. Pilates is a holistic system of exercises for improving muscular strength, endurance, and flexibilty, to achieve muscular balance, all with attention to conscious breath and minfulness of the movements.  In essence, it is a system designed to treat the “Whole Body’, Mind, Body, & Spirit.  Please bring a yoga mat to class each week.
 
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM    Volleyball Skills Development Clinic - 13-17 year old clinic
Come join us for 8 weeks of training! In this clinic students will learn drills, skills, new techniques and small sided play! The clinic is geared for both boys and girls who range from beginner to advanced skills. Students will be broken up into groups based on skills.Clinic is coached by Kevin Yee, has played the sport for many years and an assistant volleyball coach at Sacred Heart College. Darin Yee has played his entire life and has had several Assistant and Head Coaching positions in Boston. Eric Yee has been playing the sport since the early 90s

Wrestling is a great sport for exercise and self discipline and we need dedicated participants to join our youth program so that we can continue our success. Our goal is not only to teach the kids how to wrestle, but also to motivate them and give them confidence.  We look forward to seeing you on the mat!Grades K-3rd Information:Our youth wrestling season will run from December 6th until January 17th on Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. On Thursday January 17th, we will be holding a take down tournament in the gym. We will not practice during school vacation week. Any students who are in K through 3rd grade are invited to join our wrestling clinics. The goal of our youth wrestling clinics is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Each wrestler will be grouped into weight classes according to age. Our youth clinics are run with low impact so that the young athletes are comfortable. We will practice in the wrestling room at the new half time facility next to the game field. Every wrestler will receive a free Plymouth South Youth Wrestling tee shirt.Grades 4th-8th Information:Our Plymouth South Middle School Wrestling Club 2018-2019 season will run from December 10th until the middle of February. We will be practicing on Monday’s (7:00-8:00) and Thursday’s (7:00-8:00) in the Halftime facility at Plymouth South High School. If school is closed due to weather, school vacation, or a holiday, there will be no practice that day. This program will be offered only to wrestlers in the 4th-8th grade. The goal of our youth program is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling and to expose young wrestlers to the health and fitness aspects associated with the sport. THE PLYMOUTH SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TEAM IS THE TOP RANKED WRESTLING TEAM IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.  Just about every wrestler on that team participated in this youth program.We ask for committed wrestlers who will actively participate in various league and dual meets and tournaments to be held from early January through the end of February.  The wrestlers competing in dual meets/tournaments will be provided with a wrestling singlet and headgear and may be charged a small fee to enter those competitions.
 
7:15 PM - 8:15 PM    Country Western Two-Step - Country Western Two-Step
Country Two-step begins with very simple footwork, it speeds along quickly with many fun dance positions, turns and wraps, to make it a very fun and high energy dance style. Danced to Country Western music exclusively, it is an up-tempo easy dance to learn. *Please note, if you do not sign up as a couple there could be uneven ratios for male/females. Depending on the ratios you may have to pair up with other participants in the program to learn certain moves.

Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program)

Children will enjoy the assembling and measuring tasks that require their deepest concentration.  They like projects that have a beginning (preparation), a middle (messy fun), and an end (happy treats around the table). There are no stoves involved so this class is safe for everyone! Every week will be a different project! Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats.  We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per child5 session pack $20PLEASE NOTE THAT 5 PACK'S DO NOT CARRY OVER FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT.  WE RUN THIS PROGRAM ON A SCHOOL CALENDAR YEAR.no drop/program on 11/23, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 2/22, 4/19Program Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

Whistles will be blown during games when fouls or violations are committed, followed by instruction on how to prevent those whistles.

Come join us for 8 weeks of training! In this clinic students will learn drills, skills, new techniques and small sided play! The clinic is geared for both boys and girls who range from beginner to advanced skills. Students will be broken up into groups based on skills.Clinic is coached by Kevin Yee, has played the sport for many years and an assistant volleyball coach at Sacred Heart College. Darin Yee has played his entire life and has had several Assistant and Head Coaching positions in Boston. Eric Yee has been playing the sport since the early 90s

The goal of our youth program is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling and to expose young wrestlers to the health and fitness aspects associated with the sport. THE PLYMOUTH SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TEAM IS THE TOP RANKED WRESTLING TEAM IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.  Just about every wrestler on that team participated in this youth program.We ask for committed wrestlers who will actively participate in various league and dual meets and tournaments to be held from early January through the end of February.  The wrestlers competing in dual meets/tournaments will be provided with a wrestling singlet and headgear and may be charged a small fee to enter those competitions.

Country Two-step begins with very simple footwork, it speeds along quickly with many fun dance positions, turns and wraps, to make it a very fun and high energy dance style. Danced to Country Western music exclusively, it is an up-tempo easy dance to learn. *Please note, if you do not sign up as a couple there could be uneven ratios for male/females. Depending on the ratios you may have to pair up with other participants in the program to learn certain moves.

Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

Plymouth South High School has one of the top wrestling programs in the State of Massachusetts. They have won sixteen league titles and five Division-1 South Sectional Titles. Wrestling is a great sport for exercise and self discipline and we need dedicated participants to join our youth program so that we can continue our success. Our goal is not only to teach the kids how to wrestle, but also to motivate them and give them confidence.  We look forward to seeing you on the mat!Grades K-3rd Information:Our youth wrestling season will run from December 6th until January 17th on Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. On Thursday January 17th, we will be holding a take down tournament in the gym. We will not practice during school vacation week. Any students who are in K through 3rd grade are invited to join our wrestling clinics. The goal of our youth wrestling clinics is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Each wrestler will be grouped into weight classes according to age. Our youth clinics are run with low impact so that the young athletes are comfortable. We will practice in the wrestling room at the new half time facility next to the game field. Every wrestler will receive a free Plymouth South Youth Wrestling tee shirt.Grades 4th-8th Information:Our Plymouth South Middle School Wrestling Club 2018-2019 season will run from December 10th until the middle of February. We will be practicing on Monday’s (7:00-8:00) and Thursday’s (7:00-8:00) in the Halftime facility at Plymouth South High School. If school is closed due to weather, school vacation, or a holiday, there will be no practice that day. This program will be offered only to wrestlers in the 4th-8th grade. Pick-up basketball at the Manomet Youth Center.  Come on down for a night of hoops with friends in a relaxed setting.  Space is limited to 18 people per night so pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot!  This ensures everyone gets plenty of time to play. Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats.  We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per child5 session pack $20PLEASE NOTE THAT 5 PACK'S DO NOT CARRY OVER FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT.  WE RUN THIS PROGRAM ON A SCHOOL CALENDAR YEAR.no drop/program on 11/23, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 2/22, 4/19Program Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.

Whistles will be blown during games when fouls or violations are committed, followed by instruction on how to prevent those whistles.

Come join us for 8 weeks of training! In this clinic students will learn drills, skills, new techniques and small sided play! The clinic is geared for both boys and girls who range from beginner to advanced skills. Students will be broken up into groups based on skills.Clinic is coached by Kevin Yee, has played the sport for many years and an assistant volleyball coach at Sacred Heart College. Darin Yee has played his entire life and has had several Assistant and Head Coaching positions in Boston. Eric Yee has been playing the sport since the early 90s

Every week children will be introduced to a new sport including basketball, baseball, soccer, and floor hockey. Each class will incorporate age-appropriate skills, within a structured coaching environment, to help develop coordination, agility and in still a love of team play in each child. With the children playing a number of different sports, you will see a progression in their catching, throwing, kicking and basic coordination abilities. (When registering a 3 year old child, they must have taken at least 1 Little Sports Stars class before they can participate in the Sports Stars Program)

With a non-stop, motivating play list, we move through a high intensity but low impact workout combining elements of hip hop dance with barre and strength exercises to keep your heart rate up, booty shaking, muscles quaking, and a smile on your face! Utilizing light dumbbells, a small Pilates ball, and a chair as your barre (all provided at Memorial Hall). Please bring your own yoga mat and water. This workout is best without shoes. Meryl’s Music Class is 45 minutes of singing, dancing, instrument play and chants. This is a mixed ages class from 1 to 5 years so families can all attend together without having to get childcare for one of the kids. Research has shown that music learning supports all areas of learning and informal, developmentally appropriate music activities are the best way for children under 6 to gain basic music competence! Includes a full length CD of all the music we will be experiencing during the class. * Infant siblings (under 11 months) come for free with a paid child*

Looking for a yoga experience that will make you feel fabulous? Under the guidance of our certified instructor, Jayne Sutton, you will explore stretches and postures designed to open up your entire body. Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm the mind and energize your body. Participants must supply their own exercise mat and be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
 
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Youth Wrestling - Grades 4th-8th Wrestling
Plymouth South High School has one of the top wrestling programs in the State of Massachusetts. They have won sixteen league titles and five Division-1 South Sectional Titles. Wrestling is a great sport for exercise and self discipline and we need dedicated participants to join our youth program so that we can continue our success. Our goal is not only to teach the kids how to wrestle, but also to motivate them and give them confidence.  We look forward to seeing you on the mat!Grades K-3rd Information:Our youth wrestling season will run from December 6th until January 17th on Thursday nights from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. On Thursday January 17th, we will be holding a take down tournament in the gym. We will not practice during school vacation week. Any students who are in K through 3rd grade are invited to join our wrestling clinics. The goal of our youth wrestling clinics is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling. Each wrestler will be grouped into weight classes according to age. Our youth clinics are run with low impact so that the young athletes are comfortable. We will practice in the wrestling room at the new half time facility next to the game field. Every wrestler will receive a free Plymouth South Youth Wrestling tee shirt.Grades 4th-8th Information:Our Plymouth South Middle School Wrestling Club 2018-2019 season will run from December 10th until the middle of February. We will be practicing on Monday’s (7:00-8:00) and Thursday’s (7:00-8:00) in the Halftime facility at Plymouth South High School. If school is closed due to weather, school vacation, or a holiday, there will be no practice that day. This program will be offered only to wrestlers in the 4th-8th grade. The goal of our youth program is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling and to expose young wrestlers to the health and fitness aspects associated with the sport. THE PLYMOUTH SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TEAM IS THE TOP RANKED WRESTLING TEAM IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.  Just about every wrestler on that team participated in this youth program.We ask for committed wrestlers who will actively participate in various league and dual meets and tournaments to be held from early January through the end of February.  The wrestlers competing in dual meets/tournaments will be provided with a wrestling singlet and headgear and may be charged a small fee to enter those competitions.

Pick-up basketball at the Manomet Youth Center.  Come on down for a night of hoops with friends in a relaxed setting.  Space is limited to 18 people per night so pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot!  This ensures everyone gets plenty of time to play. Free play is a parent supervised session for pres-school aged children.  Children are free to explore our wonderful gymnastics area and use all the traditional gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, and wedge mats.  We also have an awesome range of special climbing equipment through soft shapes and play huts.Daily drop in fee $5 per child5 session pack $20PLEASE NOTE THAT 5 PACK'S DO NOT CARRY OVER FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT.  WE RUN THIS PROGRAM ON A SCHOOL CALENDAR YEAR.no drop/program on 11/23, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 2/22, 4/19Program Rules- Please make sure that you check in with a staff person when you arrive so that we can make sure you check you in our on roster. Please take off your shoes as well as your child’s shoes before they use the equipment.  This will help with the wear and tear on the equipment as well as help keep it clean. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the gymnasium. This will help prevent any spills, or food getting on the equipment.  We will have the tables when you check in set up with chairs for your child to take a break and have a snack and drink.
